If your looking to buy a new set of computer speakers then you need to know what to look for before parting with your money. In this article I am going to look at the main considerations before you should spend any money. Specifically the most important aspects are your budget,Sound quality,what you need the speakers for and finally brand. The first thing you should consider of course is how much you have to spend on your new computer speakers as this does drive many of the other decisions you will make. If you need them to watch films in your apartment then a 5.1 type system would be your best option,however if its for music and the occasional youtube video in your office,then a 2.1 system would be more than adequate.Finally you need to think about brand choice. For me I would stick to one of the main brands like Bose,Logitech and Harman Kardon. Simply because you know with these brands you a getting a well made product and that should something go wrong these companies are prepared to work with you to sort
it out. Of these brands the main options are The Bose Companion 3 Series ii,the Logitech z2300,the Harmon Kardon Sound Sticks ii,or the Logitech X-540 and last but not least the Logitech z-5500.
